Uncertainty over the business environment for the UK North Sea remains a significant concern for independent energy companies.
It is reported that Gardline has been awarded a contract from Hartshead Resources and RockRose Energy to carry out a geophysical pipeline survey for the Anning and Somerville development. Gardline will undertake a geophysical survey with confirmation of the seabed and sub-seabed soil conditions. It includes comments from Hartshead CEO Chris Lewis who said: “The pipeline route survey is a critical step in our commitment to developing sustainable energy infrastructure while prioritising safety and environmental preservation.”
