UK player adds more North Sea assets to its oil & gas portfolio

RockRose Energy, the wholly-owned subsidiary of Viaro Energy has wrapped up a farm-in agreement with Hartshead Resources for a 60% working interest in the Southern North Sea redevelopment project. The deal was announced last month and the company has now confirmed that all conditions have been met for the completion of the agreement following approval from the NSTA.
